It was revealed that citizens who purchased apartments from the company four years ago have still not received their homes and have repeatedly filed complaints about the slowdown in construction work.
In this regard, the Ministry of Construction warned the management of "Doolot Kurolysh" and issued instructions to resume construction work.
However, it became known that due to the company's internal financial problems, the shareholders' funds were used inefficiently, leading to a halt in construction.
After the shareholders' appeal, the company's activities were placed under the control of the President of Kyrgyzstan, and the Ministry of Construction received corresponding instructions.To date, the management of "Doolot Kurolysh" has transferred the construction sites to the ministry to complete the projects.
Oruntaev emphasized in his speech that as part of "systematic measures," the company's assets will be transferred to the state, and work at the construction sites will be resumed in stages.
“Apartment prices will remain at market levels. A clear work schedule will be drawn up, and costs for materials will be calculated. The financial resources of the shareholders will be used exclusively to complete the construction,” the minister stated.
Each contract with a shareholder will be analyzed by specialists, and payments will be made according to a new schedule.The Ministry of Construction promises transparency in the use of funds and at every stage of construction, with all responsibility resting on the ministry.
