In Bishkek, a married couple is working on creating handmade soap, focusing not only on its quality but also on its originality as a gift.
Svetlana Saprina, the master, explains that a distinctive feature of their products is the through pattern that runs throughout the entire piece of soap. This pattern can take the form of a logo, a design, or a text inscription.
She emphasizes that this is not just a decorative element but an important part of the product's structure. The technology used also allows for the production of branded options.
The masters pay special attention to the children's soap series, which may contain hidden shapes or colors that emerge during use.
- We strive to make the handwashing process exciting for children. For example, inside the soap, there may be star-shaped elements that "open up" as they are used. Children enjoy this, and it becomes interesting for them to wash their hands, - she notes.
Additionally, the range includes natural-based skin care soap, which contains coconut and palm oils, as well as scrubbing additives like coffee or flax. Eco-friendly sponges are also offered, which can be used with the soap as a gift.
All production processes are organized independently. The molds are created using 3D modeling and printed on their own 3D printer.
- We have a complete cycle: we develop the molds ourselves, print them, and create master models. Even the equipment for fairs is assembled by us, - shares Saprina.
Among the interesting products, one can find felt soap, which harks back to ancient traditions when soap was wrapped in wool to extend its lifespan.
- The felt serves as a gentle scrub and protects the soap from quickly dissolving. It can be used as a sponge: just lather it up and wash right away, - she explains.
The masters also offer soap with ethnic motifs and accept custom orders, including names, greetings, or graphic elements.
Svetlana Saprina emphasizes that it is important for them that the products remain not only aesthetically appealing but also practical.
- This is not just a souvenir. First and foremost, the soap must fulfill its primary function - cleansing the skin. We strive to make it convenient to use, to ensure it lathers well, and to avoid aggressive components, - she says.
