As explained by the department, to supply frozen products to the Chinese market, it is necessary to register in the GACC (CIFER) system. It is important to note that a separate quarantine permit, as is required for fresh fruits, is not needed in this case.
The Ministry of Water Resources and Agriculture also added that producers wishing to register their enterprises should contact the Department of Chemicalization, Plant Protection, and Quarantine, and urged them to be more active in this process.
