Naryn Region Ranked in the Top 3 for ORT: Growth to 69.4%
According to available data, the number of graduates in the Naryn region in 2025 was 3,893, of which 3,292 participated in the Unified Republican Testing (ORT).
Among the ORT participants, 110 graduates demonstrated high results. However, 912 students were unable to pass the testing, and most of them are registered in the Kochkor and Jumgal districts.
Additionally, 611 graduates did not participate in the ORT at all, with a significant portion of them from the At-Bashinsky district. Specifically, 329 students refused to take the test. The main reasons for this were the presence of schools with distance learning in the At-Bashinsky district and the opinion of some graduates regarding the non-mandatory nature of the ORT.
“The results of the ORT and the level of participation vary by district, so it is necessary to conduct an analysis and develop additional measures to increase engagement,” the message noted.
An important area of work in the Naryn region is improving the quality of education.
One of the key aspects of this social sphere is the assessment of ORT results, as they serve as an important indicator of performance in this area.
According to the results of the testing for 2025, the Naryn region achieved a score of 69.4% and ranked third in the republic.
If we analyze the results over the past three years, the average score for the ORT in 2022-2023 was 53.1%, while in 2024-2025 it significantly increased to 69.4%. This is a result of systematic efforts to improve the quality of education.
For 2026, the region has set a goal to raise the ORT results to 72% and plans to implement specific measures to achieve this goal,” the message added.
