He noted that in the village of Kyzyl-Adyr, which is the center of the district, there is a significant football stadium. Repair work on this facility began in 2023, but the project was subsequently halted.
According to the deputy, last year the reconstruction was stopped at the initiative of the Kyrgyz Football Union, which insisted on the need to bring the stadium in line with the necessary standards.
Jumabekov also added that the work has still not resumed, and the delay could lead to an increase in the overall cost of the project.
He urged the government to take control of this issue and expedite the repair work, emphasizing that the residents of the district are hoping for the swift completion of the reconstruction.
