“We have also created a project to subsidize logistics costs, which involves covering transportation expenses for exporters of agricultural and food products. In addition, we plan to reimburse certification costs for the implementation of international quality standards. Our plans also include reimbursement of expenses for renting exhibition space at international fairs,” he noted.
Furthermore, he added that a memorandum has been signed with the State Development Bank, which will allow support for Kyrgyz exporters through preferential lending at a rate of 10% per annum.
“Our exporters face challenges in working capital, often experiencing cash flow gaps, which makes it difficult for them to pay salaries and purchase raw materials. The State Development Bank will serve as a financial safety net for them,” explained Tilek Jumaliev.
