An international observer from Belarus, Gleb Lapitsky, shared his impressions after visiting about ten polling stations. According to him, the atmosphere during the elections was positive both among the members of the electoral commissions and among the voters.
Lapitsky emphasized that this event is significant not only for the elderly but also for the youth, making the elections especially important for all age groups.
“We communicated with young voters and observers at the stations, which confirmed how important this event is for different generations. Kyrgyzstan demonstrates a unique experience in organizing elections. The processes are running smoothly, without significant disruptions. Even minor issues are quickly resolved with technical support. It is pleasant to see that elderly citizens easily interact with new technologies,” noted Lapitsky.
