During the raids, inspectors also discovered that one of the private baths located at 134 Orozov Street was using small coal, which is a violation of the mayor's decree dated October 9, 2025, No. 290, prohibiting the use of bulk coal. A protocol was drawn up against the owner of the establishment in accordance with part 1 of Article 434 of the KR Code on Offenses, and explanatory work was carried out.
The Municipal Inspection reminds residents of the importance of adhering to environmental standards and urges:
• not to use waste oils, garbage, and toxic substances for heating;
• not to burn leaves, grass, and household waste;
• to switch to more environmentally friendly energy sources, such as gas heating, whenever possible.
According to the rules for the improvement of the city of Bishkek, the burning of sewing products, automotive oils, paints and varnishes, as well as plastic products, rubber, and other hazardous materials is prohibited within the city.
