Sadyr Japarov met with a student who made his way to school through meter-high snowdrifts

On December 17, the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Japarov, met with Nurzaman Almazbekov, a fourth-grade student from the "Aydyn-Kol" primary school located in the village of Koo-Chaty, Kara-Kulja district, Osh region.

Recently, a video appeared on social media showing the boy, despite nearly a meter of snow, determinedly making his way to school. The President, upon seeing this footage, noted the courage and persistence of the young student who strives for knowledge under such challenging conditions.

During the meeting, Sadyr Japarov invited Nurzaman to the presidential New Year’s party and presented him with gifts, including his mobile phone.

The head of state shared that this boy reminded him of his own childhood when he also had to overcome snow to reach school in his native village of Ken-Suu.

At the end of the meeting, the president wished Nurzaman success in his studies and life.
