Regarding this issue, the district road maintenance enterprise No. 24 reported that this section of the road is not under their jurisdiction, which is why their employees do not go to the pass.
At the same time, it is reported that the maintenance of the Kyzart Pass during the winter period is the responsibility of a Chinese road construction company, which is supposed to service this section of the road.
Local drivers note that with the onset of winter, the road at the pass is practically not maintained and is not cleared of snow.
