Askar Beshimov, the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to India, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. Also speaking were the Dean of the diplomatic corps, Ambassador of Eritrea Alem Teshaye Woldemariam, and Ambassador of Azerbaijan Elchin Nariman oglu Guseynov. They emphasized the importance of multilateral cooperation and interaction within the framework of the UN.
During the reception, video materials and informational materials related to the foreign policy of Kyrgyzstan and its key areas of work in the UN were presented, including issues of peace, sustainable development, and the climate agenda.
