According to the press service of the Attorney General's Office, the event has gathered representatives from over 190 countries, including more than 2000 prosecutors and heads of anti-corruption agencies, as well as participants from international organizations and civil society.
This conference serves as an important international platform for discussing issues related to the implementation of the UN Convention against Corruption and strengthening cooperation among various states.
Within the framework of CoSP-11, the Attorney General presented information on the measures being taken by Kyrgyzstan in the fight against corruption, including efforts to improve the legal and institutional framework, as well as the development of international cooperation.
In addition, a bilateral meeting took place at the event with Maggie Nardi, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for the United States and representative of the INL Bureau of the State Department, where prospects for further cooperation were discussed.
