As part of the high-level segment of the conference, Asanaliev presented information on the measures taken in Kyrgyzstan to combat corruption. He discussed the changes made to the legal and institutional infrastructure, as well as efforts to strengthen international cooperation in this area.
The conference also featured a meeting between Asanaliev and Maggie Nardi, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State and representative of the INL Bureau of the State Department. They discussed opportunities for further practical cooperation.
CoSP-11 gathered more than 190 countries and over 2000 prosecutors, heads of anti-corruption agencies, and representatives of international organizations.
