The incident became known due to the spread of a video on social media, which captured a traffic accident involving law enforcement officers.
As a result of an internal investigation, it was established that at the time of the accident both officers were in a state of alcohol intoxication, which is a serious violation of both service norms and legislation. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kyrgyzstan confirmed this information.
Following the investigation, a decision was made to dismiss police captain S. u. K and police captain M.U. from the ranks of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs emphasized that strict disciplinary measures, including dismissal, are applied to employees who violate service discipline and legislation, regardless of their positions and length of service.
