The Ministry of Agriculture once again reminds farmers:
As part of the program aimed at supporting agriculture, emphasis is placed on the importance of using certified seeds during planting.
The goals of the program include:
- Improving the quality of agricultural crops and increasing their yields;
- Quality seeds are the key to high yields and stable income.
- The Ministry also emphasizes the following:
- In the absence of confirmation of quality, certification, and origin of seeds, farmers may lose state support and benefits.
It is worth noting that currently the state:
- provides preferential loans to farmers;
- allocates land plots to large farms in accordance with resolution No. 309;
- provides comprehensive assistance to large cooperatives.
The Ministry emphasizes that the use of low-quality seeds can lead to the loss of all these opportunities and urges farmers to responsibly approach the selection of seed material.
