At the meeting of the Central Election Commission, issues of accreditation for mass media and online publications that will participate in the election campaign for the repeat elections of deputies of the Jogorku Kenesh in the multi-member constituency No. 13 were discussed. These elections are scheduled for March 1, 2026.
According to the press service of the CEC, as a result of the work of the working group on the rules for conducting election campaigning, 16 media outlets were accredited, including:
- 1 print publication;
- 9 television channels;
- 3 radio stations;
- 3 online publications.
Information about the payment amount, as well as the conditions for providing airtime, print space, and publication rights for online media, will be available on the CEC KR website.
Accredited media and online resources are required to comply with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic when placing campaign materials, ensuring their accuracy and impartiality.
The election campaign will begin on February 9 and last until February 28, ending at 8:00 AM, one day before the voting.
