The decision to approve the Standard Charter for state and municipal institutions of secondary vocational education was made by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic. The document was signed by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers, Adylbek Kasymaliev.
This initiative is aimed at implementing the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Education".
The resolution defines the rules for the functioning of educational institutions of secondary vocational education, both state and municipal. The charter of each educational institution must be developed based on the standard charter and approved by its founders. In addition to the standard provisions, the charter may include other aspects that do not contradict the current legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
