According to Kendirbaeva, this system contributes to improving ecology and the economy, allowing for a reduction in electricity consumption by up to 85%.
The minister also emphasized to the head of the district education department, Turdubek Momokonov, the importance of conducting a seminar at the national level to spread this heating method among educational institutions in the country.
According to available data, the "water-water" system is one form of thermal (geothermal) heating, where the heat source is underground water, and the heat is transferred to the building's heating system through water.
How the "water-water" system works
