The mayor emphasized that the situation requires immediate resolution and instructed the responsible authorities to provide the building with the necessary services as soon as possible. He also noted that such a situation could lead to violations of fire safety regulations and demanded prompt action from contractors and utility services.
The city hall assured that this issue is under the personal control of the leadership.
