The new Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Kairat Tursunkulov was introduced to the staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic
6370805 28.10.2020 Head of the Department of Bilateral Cooperation of the International Law Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, Kairat Tursunkulov, at the meeting of the Council of National Coordinators of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO NC) in Moscow.
Kairat Erkinovich Tursunkulov was introduced to the staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic as the new Deputy Minister.

The appointment was made by the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic, Adylbek Kasymaliev.

Sagynbek Abdumutalip, head of the foreign policy department of the Presidential Administration, highlighted Tursunkulov's professional skills and experience, which will enable him to effectively manage the assigned tasks and strengthen the country's international relations.

At the end of the meeting, S. Abdumutalip wished K. Tursunkulov success and productivity in his new position.

Kairat Erkinovich Tursunkulov was born on May 23, 1985, and has been working in the system of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic since 2009, starting as an intern and rising to the position of Director of the State Protocol Department.

He also has experience working in the Government Office and at foreign posts in Germany, Austria, and Belgium.

He holds the diplomatic rank of Counselor 1st class and is fluent in English and German.
