At a meeting held in the Cabinet of Ministers, the Chairman of the President's Administration of the Kyrgyz Republic, Adylbek Kasymaliev, met with the head of the Social Fund, Bakhtiyar Aliyev. This was reported by the press service of the Cabinet.
During this meeting, Aliyev presented a new automated information system of the Social Fund, which will be an important step in reforming the country's pension system.
It was noted that the new system will ensure the modernization of the Social Fund's operations, increase its efficiency, improve the quality of service for citizens, reduce data processing time, and lower the risk of corruption.
The system will simplify the pension appointment process, freeing citizens from the need to gather paper documents. It will automatically collect all necessary information, speeding up the application review process. Additionally, a high level of personal data protection is planned, which will help counter various cyber threats.

Kasymaliev emphasized the need for a consistent implementation of reforms in the Fund's operations, noting that its main task is to create comfortable conditions for pensioners.
As a result of the meeting, appropriate instructions were given.
It should be noted that the development of this automated system was carried out in accordance with the decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic on the "Concept of Digital Transformation of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2024–2028."
