Employees of the MTU and other services, including law enforcement and veterinary services, visited the site more than 7 times over an extended period. The citizen was repeatedly handed official notifications about the need to eliminate violations and bring the keeping of animals in line with the norms.
During the events, the citizen displayed hostility and obstructed the performance of official duties. She even released the dogs towards the employees, which posed a threat to their safety.
As a result of this situation, a forced measure was taken — the shooting of one dog that posed an immediate threat. We emphasize that no other dogs were shot.
We also note that the events were not conducted in the presence of children or outsiders, as claimed in the circulated video.
