In a solemn atmosphere, during the transfer of special equipment, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Head of the Presidential Administration, Adylbek Kasymaliev, congratulated the employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations on Defender of the Fatherland Day. He noted that this day symbolizes courage and heroism, as well as the sacred duty to protect the homeland, which holds an important place in the history of the country.
At the event, it was emphasized that the transfer of 116 units of special equipment is a continuation of systematic work to update the material and technical base of the Ministry of Emergency Situations. Over the past five years, the agency has received 652 units of vehicles and special equipment, requiring investments of 7 billion soms. This modernization is one of the most significant in the years of independence and signifies a complete renewal of the technical fleet of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

Special attention was given to issues of interaction between authorities and the population, emphasizing the need for dialogue in the field of emergency prevention. The importance of preventive work among the population, especially in risk-prone areas such as mudslides, landslides, and earthquakes, was also noted.
During his speech, Adylbek Kasymaliev expressed gratitude for the professionalism of Kyrgyzstan's rescuers, who successfully perform complex tasks both within the country and beyond — from rescue operations on the summit of Lenin Peak to assisting earthquake victims in Turkey.
He also highlighted the contribution of rescuers to the protection of the ecosystem of Lake Issyk-Kul, including cleaning the underwater part of the reservoir from debris.
In conclusion of the event, the Chairman of the Cabinet thanked the personnel of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for their selfless service in preventing and eliminating the consequences of emergencies, wishing them health, well-being, and professional success.
During the ceremony, keys to 116 units of special equipment were handed over to the Minister of Emergency Situations, Urmatbek Shamyrkanov.
