The State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan reminds of the importance of complying with legal requirements when submitting official statements and appeals.

Every citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic has the right to contact state authorities to protect their rights and legitimate interests.

Applications can be submitted in the following ways:

– in written form (application, complaint, or appeal);

– in electronic form (via the official website or by email);

– orally — during a personal reception.

Appeals must be registered by state authorities, which are obliged to consider them and provide a response within the timeframe established by law (usually from 14 to 30 days).

The documents must include:

– the name of the state authority or its territorial subdivision;

– the surname, first name, and patronymic of the applicant;

– contact phone number;

– residential address.

To conduct tax audits based on citizens' appeals, it is necessary to provide documented evidence of the alleged violations, including:

– the surname, first name, and patronymic of the taxpayer;

– the identification tax number (ITN);

– the address of the place of economic activity;

– specific facts confirming the violation of tax legislation.

Appeals that lack the specified information, as well as anonymous appeals, may be left without consideration.

The application must contain justifications, and if necessary, documents and other materials confirming the stated facts should be attached.

It is important to note that the Tax Service has the right to refuse to consider appeals if they do not contain specific information and evidence.

To send an appeal or complaint in electronic format, you can use email. Email addresses can be found on the official website of the Tax Service in the "Contacts" section, subsection "Citizen Appeals".

A hotline is also available to report unlawful actions by employees: 0 (312) 62-11-13.
