In the Kyrgyz Republic, the State Tax Service, together with sellers and representatives of marketplaces, has tested a new form of electronic invoice. This document is intended for trading on electronic trading platforms.
According to the results of the testing, the export of goods from Kyrgyzstan to the Russian Federation through the territory of Kazakhstan has been successfully organized, as reported by the STS.
The purpose of introducing the new form is to create convenient conditions for doing business and to ensure the uninterrupted export of goods beyond the borders of Kyrgyzstan.
The electronic invoice is issued before the export of goods and serves as documentary support for goods intended for sale through marketplaces.
It is important to note that the issuance of this document does not confirm the fact of the sale of goods and does not create tax obligations.
The process of issuing an invoice within the framework of trading activities on the electronic platform is carried out as follows:
It is necessary to log into the electronic invoices information system (EIS EI) and select the section "EI for marketplaces".
In the upper right corner, you need to click the "Add" button.
Then the taxpayer must fill in all the required fields according to the established rules for issuing invoices for trading activities on the electronic platform.
It should be noted that invoices issued within this activity cannot be corrected and cannot be declared invalid.
For this reason, the taxpayer is obliged to fill in all data accurately and completely, as the information provided cannot be changed or canceled.
