Kyrgyz sellers have once again been given the opportunity to send goods to marketplaces without hindrance, provided they have all the necessary documents. This was announced during a press conference at the "Kabar" agency by Urmat Takirov, the director of the Center for Development and Promotion of Exports "Kyrgyz Export" under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to Takirov, earlier shipments faced difficulties due to new rules regarding deliveries to marketplaces. The restrictions imposed at the borders of the Russian Federation primarily affected light industry products, which were subjected to inspections by mobile groups of the Federal Customs Service of Russia.
“To resolve the situation, several rounds of negotiations took place at the beginning of this year within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Commission. Representatives from Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation, as well as the marketplaces Wildberries and Ozon participated in these discussions. Some rounds even took place during the New Year holidays,” he noted.
As Takirov reported, the parties eventually reached an agreement, and now Kyrgyz sellers can continue to ship their products to marketplaces, adhering to Russian legislation and ensuring proper documentation.
“When sending goods, it is necessary to prepare all accompanying documents, including CMR, TTN, and electronic invoice (ESF). The electronic invoice must be included in the document package when crossing the border,” added the center's director.
Takirov also emphasized that after the commission's decisions were made, the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic implemented the necessary changes. A new form of ESF, intended for shipping goods to marketplaces, is now available in taxpayer offices.
