Entrepreneurs from Kyrgyzstan have gained the opportunity to supply light industry goods to Russian marketplaces without hindrance. This was announced at a press conference by Urmat Takirov, director of the "Kyrgyz Export" Center under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce. All previously existing administrative barriers have been removed.

According to Takirov, supplies can now be made in a free mode, provided that the rules for document processing are followed. Earlier, the Kyrgyz side appealed to the Eurasian Economic Commission regarding the difficulties faced by exporters. Six meetings were held at the beginning of the year, during which all disputed issues were successfully resolved.

“Today, sellers from Kyrgyzstan can send their goods without problems, indicating recipients in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. When shipping to Wildberries, it is necessary to specify Wildberries as the recipient in the documents, and for Ozon — accordingly Ozon,” he added.

For smooth border crossing, entrepreneurs must have a complete set of accompanying documents, including an international consignment note (CMR), a waybill (TTN), and an invoice (SF).

It is worth noting that starting from April 1, the Goods Waiting Confirmation System (SPOT) will be implemented in test mode. It will require consignees in Russia to register documents and make a security payment. According to preliminary information, there will be an exception for goods supplied to marketplaces.
