The Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic has presented a detailed instruction that will assist entrepreneurs engaged in the export of goods, including textile products, to Russia. This information was posted on the official website of the agency.
According to the provided data, the purpose of creating the document is to simplify and standardize all procedures faced by exporters when sending goods to EAEU countries.
The instruction consists of four key stages:
First stage involves the mandatory conclusion of official documents between the Kyrgyz exporter and the Russian buyer. This includes a supply contract, a specification for each batch, and an invoice. These documents serve as the basis for the transaction and are necessary for further processing of transportation and customs procedures.

Second stage implies the need to conclude a contract with a transportation company and submit a transportation request. This document must include the details of the sender and recipient, the route, as well as the weight and volume of the cargo.

Third stage involves the preparation of accompanying documents for the goods. The exporter must form a set that includes several copies: an electronic invoice, a packing list, a waybill, CMR, a power of attorney for the driver, and certificates of conformity if the products are subject to mandatory certification. It is also important to remember the labeling "Honest Sign / Tekshar" and to indicate the origin of the goods.

Fourth stage involves actions on the part of the Russian importer. They must confirm the import of goods from the EAEU, submit an application to the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation, and pay the import VAT. The standard rate is 20 percent; however, for certain categories of goods, such as children's products or food items, a reduced rate of 10 percent is provided.

The agency emphasized that compliance with all these requirements will help avoid delays at the border and ensure a legal and transparent export of products from Kyrgyzstan to the Russian market.
