The problems faced by Kyrgyz sellers on the Wildberries platform were discussed in Moscow. Elimbek Kanybek uulu, head of the coordination department of the EAEU at the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of Kyrgyzstan, reported this at a press conference at the "Kabar" agency.
At the meeting of the Eurasian Economic Commission Council held on January 30, the issue initiated on December 5, 2025, by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic Daniyar Amangeldiev was considered. It concerned the resolution of issues related to the movement of goods from Kyrgyz sellers in e-commerce, particularly through the Wildberries platform.

As a result of this work, a model for the movement of goods from Kyrgyz sellers to the warehouses of the e-commerce platform located in the territory of another EAEU member state was agreed upon. At the same time, ownership of the goods does not transfer until they are sold to individuals. This model has been approved by the authorized bodies of Russia and will help eliminate previously existing difficulties in the movement of goods.
"According to the new model, two main documents will need to be processed when moving goods - CMR and a waybill (TTN). In the near future, the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic plans to hold an informational seminar to clarify the procedure for filling out these documents with the participation of representatives from Wildberries. The date and location of the seminar will be announced later," noted Elimbek Kanybek uulu.
Additionally, he added that the EEC Council decided to continue monitoring the situation and promptly inform about any identified problems in the process of moving goods within mutual e-commerce.
