According to the information, benefits will be provided for the following goods:
— beef.
This measure will be in effect until December 31, 2026, with a volume of no more than 5 thousand tons. The preferential conditions apply to fresh or chilled meat (EAEU HS codes: 0201...) and frozen meat (EAEU HS codes: 0202...).
To obtain the tariff benefit, a document from the authorized body of the member state is required, containing information about the importer, nomenclature, and volumes of goods.
The imported meat with the benefit may only be used for the production of meat products and only at meat processing enterprises. The export of finished products made from preferential raw materials to other EAEU member countries is prohibited;
— sugar.
The validity period of this measure is also until December 31, 2026. A benefit is provided for raw cane sugar (subposition 1701 13 EAEU HS code) in an amount of up to 20 thousand tons.
To apply the benefit, a document from the authorized body of Kyrgyzstan is required, confirming the purpose of the sugar and containing data about the importers and processing enterprises.
Raw sugar may only be used for industrial processing within the Kyrgyz Republic. White sugar obtained from preferential raw materials is not subject to export to other EAEU member states;
— citrus fruits.
This measure will be in effect until December 31, 2026.
Exemption from import duties is provided for the following types: fresh bananas (0803901000) — 3 thousand tons, fresh tangerines (0805210000) — 2.5 thousand tons, fresh grapes (0806101000) — 1.5 thousand tons, fresh oranges (0805102000) — 1 thousand tons, fresh mango (0804500001) — 500 tons, fresh kiwi (0810500000) — 500 tons;
— cocoa products.
The validity period of this measure is until April 30, 2027 (annually), for cocoa butter (EAEU HS code 1804000000) in an amount of 300 tons.
The goals of the adopted measures are as follows:
- ensuring stable supply to the domestic market;
- supporting processing enterprises;
- curbing price increases for socially significant goods;
- developing the agro-industrial complex of Kyrgyzstan.
