In the State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan, the implementation of a rating system for taxpayers is planned. As reported by the Deputy Chairman of the STS, Kubanychbek Isabekov, on the air of "Birinchi Radio," a draft of the relevant Cabinet of Ministers resolution is currently being developed.
According to Isabekov, this system will apply to both small and large businesses. The rating will be formed based on several criteria, including timely and complete tax payments, absence of violations, accuracy of reporting, and job creation.
Kubanychbek Isabekov explained that taxpayers who fulfill their tax obligations without delays and in full, accurately present their reports, and actively develop their activities can expect a high rating.
One of the indicators will also be the tax burden, which will be compared with the average values in the relevant industry.
The Deputy Chairman of the STS noted that enterprises with a high rating can expect additional measures of state support. This may include a reduction in the number of inspections, access to preferential lending, and special support programs.
"If a company has no violations and all invoices are in order, then inspections can be avoided, and it can also be provided with preferential loans or special programs can be developed," he added.
Furthermore, Kubanychbek Isabekov expressed hope that in the future, the assessment system could be expanded to a broader entrepreneurial rating that takes into account not only tax discipline but also the overall reputation of the business.
He also noted that among the possible criteria, aspects of social responsibility, such as charitable activities and support for socially vulnerable groups, may be taken into account.
