The State Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan once again draws attention to important deadlines for the payment of tax on non-residential properties.
We remind you that this tax should be paid every quarter in equal installments:
· by March 20;
· by June 20;
· by September 20;
· by December 20.
According to the current tax legislation, the tax service is responsible for the calculation and assessment of property tax. Taxpayers are required to pay the assessed tax amount on time.
To check the assessed property taxes, taxpayers can use the Taxpayer Cabinet on the website cabinet.salyk.kg. It is important to note that the accuracy of the assessments depends on the relevance of the data in the information systems of state registration authorities.
The tax service recommends that all owners of taxable properties verify the consistency of the data in their title documents with the information provided by the State Institution "Cadastre".
Additionally, owners of non-residential premises, buildings, and structures, as well as land plots, should ensure the correctness of tax assessments through the Taxpayer Cabinet. This applies to:
· non-residential buildings and premises;
· land in populated areas;
· land for non-agricultural purposes.
If any errors or inaccuracies in the assessments are found, it is necessary to contact the State Institution "Cadastre" and the territorial offices of the State Tax Service at the location of the property for clarification and correction of data.
