At the hardware meeting, the results of socio-economic development for the first two months of 2026 were discussed, as well as the execution of the budget. The head of the government noted a significant growth in various sectors: construction increased by 23.2%, while services and agriculture grew by 6.7% and 2.6%, respectively. The industrial sector showed a growth of 15.5%, especially in the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, as well as in the production of vehicles and building materials.

“Investment in fixed capital amounted to 17.8 billion soms, which was made possible by an increase in domestic funding sources by 11.5%,” said Adylbek Kasymaliev.

The meeting also addressed budget execution issues, where the tax and customs services, together with the Ministry of Finance, provided consolidated data on expenditures and revenues. The importance of adhering to budget indicators within the established deadlines was emphasized.

As part of the "Government Accelerators" program, attention was given to new reforms. The first of these concerns simplifying access to financial services in the securities market, including the introduction of remote digital identification of clients and allowing foreign investors to open brokerage accounts online. This will significantly simplify the identification process, reducing it to 15 minutes and increasing the country's attractiveness for investors.

The second reform involves transitioning to electronic sanitary books with integration into the "Sanarip Klinik" system and the mobile application "Tündük." It is expected that the processing will be simplified: the time will be reduced from 8 to 4 days, the number of visits to medical institutions will decrease from 5 to 2, and a unified registry and online verification will be introduced, which will save up to 6-12 million soms annually.

“The digital transformation of the financial market and the modernization of sanitary books is a step towards improving convenience for citizens and enhancing the investment attractiveness of the country, as well as strengthening economic stability,” noted the head of the cabinet of ministers.

Specific agencies have been instructed to implement the mentioned reforms within the next 100 days.

Additionally, the meeting discussed preparations for spring fieldwork, emphasizing the readiness of farmers and ensuring the necessary resources for a successful planting campaign.
