The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has launched an initiative where illegal migrants can receive $1000 for returning to their home country. This campaign is timed to coincide with the upcoming holidays, reports RIA Novosti.
In a video published on the X platform, DHS invites migrants to install a special application on their mobile devices and fill in their personal information. After that, the department guarantees the preparation of the necessary documents for departure and the payment of $1000 upon returning to their country of origin.
"Take advantage of this unique seasonal offer - a free flight home and $1000," the video, styled as a promotional message, states.
