Mongolians Competing for Australia Took Second Place at the World Memory Championship

At the 34th World Memory Championship, organized by the World Federation of Sports Games in this field, Mongolia took first place, Australia second, and China third.

From December 12 to 14, the 34th World Memory Championship took place in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with 169 athletes from 15 countries participating, including Mongolia, Australia, Germany, and Russia. The competitions were held in 10 disciplines aimed at testing visual and auditory memory over three days.

Mongolia, winning 27 gold, 21 silver, and 22 bronze medals out of a possible 90, secured a total of 66 medals and 10 trophies, allowing them to become world memory champions for the seventh time. They scored 20,206 points.



The second place was taken by the team of Mongolians representing Australia, with 10 medals, including 2 gold, 5 silver, and 3 bronze. They scored 12,570 points, which allowed them to secure the second position. Thus, the Mongolians won 76 medals out of a possible 90 at this championship.

The third place was taken by the team from China with 10,186 points.

It should be noted that the Mongolians managed to win 76 medals out of a possible 90 at the World Memory Championship.
