The crew and passengers, a total of 11 people, were on board when contact with the plane was lost on January 17 in the Maros district. The search for the aircraft began immediately, and the first signs of its location were discovered on Sunday morning. At 07:17 (02:17 Moscow time), patrol aviation identified white debris in the mountainous area. Rescue teams soon found large fragments of the plane on the northern slope of the mountain, and at 08:09 (03:09 Moscow time), the fuselage was located.
It should be noted that the evacuation will depend on weather conditions. Strong winds and fog are observed at the crash site, making it difficult for helicopters to search for safe landing sites and organize rescue operations.
The plane was on a flight from Yogyakarta to Makassar. Currently, there is no information about casualties or survivors.
