More than 25,000 male and female athletes from 92 countries aged 30 and older are competing for victory in 38 sports, including 13 sports for people with disabilities. This was reported by MiddleAsianNews.

The Abu Dhabi 2026 Masters Games are ongoing under the guidance of the Abu Dhabi 2026 Masters Games Organizing Committee, held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Teyab bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Development and Martyrs' Affairs. The ten-day event marks an important milestone in the preparation for one of the largest international multi-sport events ever held in the Middle East, scheduled for February 6-15, 2026.





A group of Mongolian citizens who studied at the same school in 1989 continue to uphold the tradition of friendship through sports activities.

More than 40 former classmates arrived in Abu Dhabi to participate in the Games for the first time, competing in basketball and volleyball.





While the second women's basketball team won gold, 92-year-old Radnaa Tseren also distinguished himself by winning gold in the 100-meter dash in the over 80 category and taking second place with a silver medal.
