On the evening of March 1, an Iranian-origin drone attacked Dubai International Airport (DXB). Eyewitnesses describe the panic that erupted in the building, resulting in injuries to people.

Immediately after the strike, hundreds of passengers hurriedly evacuated the building, many leaving their belongings right on the floor.

The airport facade sustained partial damage, and glass and debris were scattered across the floor. Airport staff acted quickly, raising the alarm and beginning the evacuation of people to safe zones. Passengers formed lines and moved towards the exit.

According to preliminary reports, four people were injured in the incident.

By the morning of March 1, the situation at the airport had normalized.

Against this backdrop, on February 28, Israel and the United States conducted strikes on Tehran and other targets within Iran. U.S. President Donald Trump declared an intention to destroy the nuclear capabilities of the Islamic Republic and urged Iranian military forces to lay down their arms, while calling on the citizens of the country to take their fate into their own hands.

According to the Iranian Red Crescent Society, these attacks resulted in the deaths of 201 people, with another 747 injured. Iranian authorities previously reported the deaths of 108 schoolgirls at a girls' school in Minab, where a base of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) is located. Israel and the U.S. did not comment on this information.

In response to the attacks, Iran struck Israeli and American military bases in the Middle East. A state of emergency was declared in Israel, and Iranian retaliatory actions affected other countries in the region.

The leaders of Germany, France, and the United Kingdom expressed serious concern over the events in the Middle East and condemned the Iranian attacks, calling on Tehran to initiate negotiations.
