Iran has closed the Strait of Hormuz, through which 20% of the world's maritime oil supplies pass

The Iranian side reported that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps warned ships in the area that passage through the strait had become unsafe due to military actions initiated by the United States and Israel, as well as Tehran's retaliatory actions, according to the Tasnim agency.

According to the Iranian Red Crescent, more than 200 people have died and about 750 have been injured as a result of strikes across 24 provinces of the country.

Iran's retaliatory actions against U.S. military bases in the region and Israeli targets have raised concerns among neighboring Persian Gulf states. Missiles launched in these attacks fell on cities such as Doha and Dubai. The UAE Ministry of Defense reported the successful interception of several missiles; however, some still reached their targets, leading to fires and panic. As a result of one of the incidents, a civilian was killed by debris.
