As reported by Báo Điện tử, this statement was made during a meeting in Hanoi with the Chairman of the Supreme Court of Mongolia, Ganzorig Damdin.
The President emphasized that in recent years, bilateral relations between Vietnam and Mongolia have significantly strengthened, and important results have been achieved in various areas such as politics, economy, trade, and education. In particular, in September 2024, both countries elevated their relations to the level of comprehensive partnership.
He also noted that Vietnam always values Mongolia's support in the past and present, which confirms their strong ties.
Kyong highly appreciated Mongolia's ongoing commitment to developing relations with Vietnam, calling the country a "third neighbor" and one of the key partners in Southeast Asia.

Ganzorig Damdin, for his part, noted that cooperation between the two countries continues to deepen at a higher level, including the expansion of ties between the supreme courts. During a briefing with his Vietnamese counterpart, Damdin reported on the agreements reached regarding the development of judicial systems, experience exchange, and further cooperation. He expressed confidence that these relations will continue to develop, with judicial cooperation becoming an important foundation.
