In his statement, the president apologized to neighboring countries, adding: "Yesterday, the interim council ruled that there will be no more attacks on neighboring states and missile launches unless there are attacks on Iran."
He also emphasized that Iran has no aggressive intentions towards other states in the region.
However, Pezeshkian warned that Tehran's opponents should not expect its unconditional surrender.
Additionally, he noted that Iran adheres to international norms and humanitarian principles, which, according to him, are often mentioned by its opponents.
