- According to the Financial Times, negotiations for a peaceful settlement in Ukraine have stalled as U.S. President Donald Trump has focused attention on the conflict in Iran, according to sources among European officials.
- Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported that more than twenty drones were shot down while approaching the capital. There were also reports of UAV attacks in Sevastopol and Yaroslavl.
- Russian forces attacked a checkpoint near Chernihiv, as well as several areas in the Dnipropetrovsk and Kharkiv regions, according to local authorities. As a result of the attacks, three people were killed, and another 13 were injured.
- Zaporizhzhia was also struck by Russian troops, resulting in damage to residential buildings and casualties.
- In Moldova, a state of heightened readiness was declared due to a fuel leak in the Dniester River caused by a Russian attack.
- A fuel depot caught fire in the Tikhoretsky district of Krasnodar Krai after a drone strike.
- A drone strike in Volgograd caused damage to an apartment building.
- As a result of a missile attack from Ukraine on Belgorod, energy infrastructure facilities were damaged, leading to disruptions in the supply of electricity, water, and heating in the city.
