On the night of December 11, the first drone was shot down shortly before midnight. Then, between 00:13 and 00:43 Moscow time, three more drones were destroyed. From 01:07 to 01:54 Moscow time, information was received about five downed drones. At 02:05 Moscow time, the mayor reported the tenth downed drone. In the last hour, drones were shot down in groups: first six, then at 02:33 Moscow time — another five, and 11 minutes later — seven drones. The night ended with the destruction of the last three drones at 02:57 and 03:10 Moscow time. In total, the number of downed drones amounted to 31. Emergency services are working at the crash sites.
Earlier, from 08:02 Moscow time on December 10 to 00:13 Moscow time on December 11, the mayor also reported that an attack by five drones heading towards Moscow had been repelled.
Additionally, at 23:51 Moscow time, Rosaviation representative Artem Korenyako announced the introduction of restrictions on the arrival and departure of aircraft at Sheremetyevo Airport, emphasizing the importance of these measures for ensuring flight safety. Later, at 00:59 Moscow time, flights were also suspended at two other Moscow airports — Vnukovo and Domodedovo.
