14-year-old boy from Govi-Altai aimag became the world champion in drone programming

At the global ENJOY AI 2025 competition, which brought together 56 young engineers from Mongolia, participants showcased their skills and achieved significant success.

On December 5, 2025, over 1000 children from 61 countries gathered to test their skills in drone programming and robotics. Among the participants were 56 young engineers from the aimags of Mongolia: Govi-Altai, Khovd, Darkhan, Govi-Sumber, and Bayankhongor, who competed alongside young talents from other countries. This event marked an important milestone in their lives.

R. Uuganbayar won a gold medal in the "Drone Programming" category.

B. Yesonmonkh and E. Urnukhbayar earned silver medals in the "Screenless Programming" category.

N. Amin-Erdene and B. Sodgerel received bronze medals in the "Screenless Programming" category.

It is also worth noting B. Oyun, a student from the 11th school in Ulaanbaatar, who won a silver medal in the "Drone Programming" category. Students from the Khanbogd sum in the Umnugovi aimag, Ts. Bayarjavkhlan and O. Michidmaa, were awarded special prizes for their projects in the "Cyber City" category.


ENJOY AI is an international event focused on STEM education and robotics for children and teenagers aged 3 to 22 years.

Within the framework of ENJOY AI, young participants tackle creative challenges in programming and robotics, providing an excellent platform for developing their skills and taking the first step into the world of technology and artificial intelligence.
