Young jiu-jitsu athletes from Kyrgyzstan became prize winners at the World Pro Jiu-Jitsu in the UAE


The ABU DHABI World Pro Jiu-Jitsu championship took place in the capital of the United Arab Emirates, gathering over three thousand participants from around the world. At this prestigious tournament, young athletes from Kyrgyzstan demonstrated outstanding results, winning medals in their weight and age categories.

The competitions were considered some of the most significant in the world for children and youth. Kyrgyz jiu-jitsu athletes managed to showcase their skills and reach the podium.

As a result of their performances, the Kyrgyz athletes won three medals:

Bayan Tokoldoshev received the gold medal, confidently overcoming all stages of the tournament and winning the decisive match with a technical advantage.

Aslan Kozhomberdiev also became a gold medalist, demonstrating a high level of technique and tactics, leaving his opponents with no chances.

The bronze medal went to Zhantoro Naspekov, who reached the semifinals, where he lost to the future finalist but confidently won the match for third place.

The coach of the medalists, Arlen Kanaybekov, noted the high level of the tournament and the increased competitiveness of Kyrgyz athletes on the international stage.

The achievements in Abu Dhabi marked a significant success for the young wrestlers and enhanced Kyrgyzstan's reputation in the world of youth jiu-jitsu.
