
According to the department's information, the detainees intended to hold a series of rallies across the country immediately after the announcement of the election results, starting from the southern regions and then in Bishkek and other areas, to create the illusion of widespread public discontent. Their plans included unconstitutional actions, including the seizure of administrative buildings, media outlets, law enforcement agencies, as well as arming and institutions of the penitentiary system.
The group had a clear structure and distribution of roles: "coordinating groups" were to put forward political demands, while criminal elements provided forceful support. Group members had predetermined their future positions.
During the searches, weapons, ammunition, grenades, communication devices, $150,000 in cash, documents confirming the financing of the riots, action plans, and narcotic substances were seized from them. The detainees are: A.U. (born 1963), S.T. (born 1998), A.Sh. (born 1979), E.E. (born 1983), M.D. (born 1984), Sh.T. (born 1986), A.K. (born 1993), A.u.E (born 1993), K.N. (born 1993), K.K. (born 1970). They have been charged under part 1 of Article 278 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (preparation for organizing mass riots accompanied by violence, pogroms, arson, etc.). All individuals involved have been placed in a temporary detention facility.
Currently, investigative activities are ongoing to identify other participants and individuals who financed the actions of this destructive group.
