
According to the information, the group included various political figures, former deputies, as well as ex-government officials and law enforcement officers. These individuals attracted supporters to their actions, including organized crime groups and sports communities, with the aim of provocations and possible clashes.
















“The detainees planned to organize a series of rallies across the country after the announcement of the election results, starting from the southern regions and then moving to Bishkek and other areas, to create the appearance of mass discontent. Their intentions included unconstitutional calls and a possible seizure of administrative buildings, television channels, law enforcement facilities, as well as arms depots and penitentiary institutions,” the official statement said.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs emphasized that the group had a clear structure and distribution of roles. “Coordinating groups” were to formulate political demands, while criminal elements provided forceful support. Participants had pre-assigned future positions.
“As a result of searches, communication devices, weapons, ammunition, grenades, as well as cash amounting to $150,000, documents evidencing the financing of the riots, action plans, and narcotic substances were seized. Charges under the article ‘Preparation for organizing mass riots accompanied by violence, pogroms, arson, and other actions’ of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic have been brought against the detainees: A.U. (born in 1963), S.T. (born in 1998), A.Sh. (born in 1979), E.E. (born in 1983), M.D. (born in 1984), Sh.T. (born in 1986), A.K. (born in 1993), A.u.E. (born in 1993), K.N. (born in 1993), and K.K. (born in 1970). All of them have been placed in a temporary detention facility,” the agency added.
Currently, investigative activities are ongoing to identify other members of the group and individuals financing its activities.
