The investigation established that members of an organized crime group, registered with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, namely S.I.A., N.R.Kh., and A.B.T., were demanding money from private entrepreneurs in the Nooken district of the Jalal-Abad region. These funds were intended for convicts held in places of deprivation of liberty. In addition, the extortionists threatened the businessmen, forcing them to repay large loans taken out in the names of front individuals.
According to the GKNB, the detainees were supported by Ernist Murzakmetov, known by the nickname "Chach." In 2022, N.R.Kh., also known as "Rocky," was appointed as the "watchman" for the Nooken district.
