
Witnesses of the incident reported that the driver apparently lost control of the vehicle on a steep section of the road, which led to the fall off the cliff. Rescuers and medical personnel worked at the scene, evacuating two injured individuals from the car.

According to those present, the ambulance team arrived at the scene only three hours after the accident, while the emergency services, they said, reached the location two hours later, coming from the direction of Korday.
According to the Main Department of Road Safety of the Chui region, at around 15:30, a report of the accident on the Bishkek — "Warm Springs" highway was received by the Alamedin district police department. An investigative operational group was immediately dispatched to investigate the incident.
Preliminary data indicates that at the 15th kilometer of the highway, a Hyundai Sonata driven by 23-year-old S.B. was traveling from south to north but lost control and fell off the cliff into the Alamedin River.
As a result of the accident, the driver and his two passengers, both of Asian descent aged approximately 20-25 years, died at the scene from their injuries. A passenger, J.A., born in 2000, was also injured and hospitalized with various injuries in the intensive care unit of the Chui regional hospital.
Relevant examinations have been appointed, within which a comprehensive investigation will be conducted to establish all circumstances of the incident. Based on its results, a procedural decision will be made in accordance with the law.
