The incident occurred on February 13 at 12:16 PM, when information was received at the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Moscow District about the discovery of the body of a 66-year-old woman in the village of Belovodskoye, on Krupskaya Street.
Arriving at the scene, police officers found the victim's body on a sofa in the yard, under a canopy. Multiple injuries were found on her neck, face, and back of the head.
During the investigation, law enforcement authorities established that the woman lived in this house with a man and his two children. It was determined that the day before, they had consumed alcohol, after which a conflict arose between them that led to violence.
This incident has been classified under Article 122 ("Murder") of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The suspect, 44-year-old M.R., has been detained and placed in a temporary detention facility.
The investigation is currently ongoing.
